Governor Andrew Cuomo allows NYC indoor dining with restrictions.

Gov Cuomo gives the OK to resume indoor dining in NYC at 25% capacity in NYC. Restaurant owners have been begging to reopen indoor dining, many are struggling and have been on the brink of going out of business. With public schools opening on the 21st of September, it only makes sense to open the restaurants. Hopefully this gesture will spark local spending into the local businesses that have been hit hard with covid19. There will be a mandatory temperature check and one person has to leave contact information for contact tracing.
