2020 has shown to be the bearer of bad news and for Southeast Queens and New York in general a giant was lost. Archie Spigner had a great effect in his community serving as District Leader for over 50 years. He came to be under the mentorship of the Late. State Assemblyman Guy R Brewer of which the political Archie ran was named after. Archie has been an activist all his life fighting for the people of his community. He served in the New York City Council for 28 years and has effected the lives of thousands of people.
The community will have their chance to say good bye in several community viewings.
